Assistant Restaurant Manager

Due to increasingly large amounts of guests across our various catering facilities at De Kleine Wolf, we are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. It is important that you know how to keep the peace in the entire team of about 80 employees, ensure that all team members are in the right place, that they can perform their duties properly and that the guests are served with a broad smile. De Kleine Wolf has a restaurant where guests can enjoy a delicious 3-course dinner, a courtyard to enjoy tasty snacks and drinks, a snack corner with delivery service and online orders, an ice cream parlor, a pizza bakery with an online order and delivery service, and a beach club at our playa!

You offer support when making the schedules, recruiting staff, maintaining contacts with suppliers, ensuring that all kitchen systems and online ordering systems are up and running properly, managing stock, assisting where necessary, ensuring good hygiene, ordering products and ingredients, and the most important thing above all else - making sure that everyone is in the right place for them and that they are having fun. You are the Assistant Manager who makes everyone happy: you inspire, motivate and help team members bring out the best in themselves. In the absence of the team leader, it is important that you can fulfil this role, as well as waiting tables and helping out in the kitchen.
