De Kleine Wolf, located between Hardenberg and Ommen, has been a popular five-star campsite for families from all over Europe for many years. Every year, we welcome thousands of guests who choose small pleasures that feel like big ones. Our swimming pool plays an important role in this and is the place where relaxation and fun come together.
For the 2026 season, we are expanding our swimming pool team and looking for enthusiastic employees who want to join us in making every day a party. You will be part of a close-knit team that is full of energy and committed to giving our guests a vacation that exceeds their expectations. Who are you?
- You are at least 16 years old. Enthusiastic, sociable, and able to work under pressure.
- Hospitality is very important to us, as you will be in direct contact with guests who are here to enjoy a pleasant day of swimming. We believe it is very important that you always remain polite.
- You are quick to adapt, remain calm, and take responsibility.
- You work accurately and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- The swimming pool is open every day, so feel free to indicate your preferences.
Work activities
Your work activities are varied and no two days are the same:
- You are the first point of contact for our guests at our swimming pool.
- Together with your swimming pool colleagues, you will ensure a safe environment for our guests. We have several indoor and outdoor pools with various slides that are used extensively.
- You will ensure that all facilities within the swimming pool remain clean.
